For the vast majority of people it takes only a few seconds to get used to the saddle movement.

For cycling on or off road, the Comfort Saddle gives a whole new feel to riding a bicycle. Almost immediately you should feel the benefit of the Comfort Saddle.

The Comfort Saddle is best suited for cyclists who prefer to sit upright.

Racing cyclists and riders who prefer to lean forward as they cycle are only supported by the horn on a conventional saddle bearing directly on their groin. The Comfort Saddle has no horn and does not favour this damaging style of cycling.

To get the maximum benefit from your Comfort Saddle it is important that you take time to adjust the saddle position to suit your riding style. This may take a few cycle trips to fine tune.

If after cycling a short while you notice that your arms/wrists are aching you may have the saddle tipped too far forward.

If your sit bones or buttock musclesare uncomfortable the saddle is probably tipped too far backwards.
