
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please ensure the product is placed back into its original packaging (if possible) or something similar (to protect whilst in transit). Please provide full details as to why the product is being returned along with your full name & address and Customer Reference number. Please note we unable to accept returns from outside the UK.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered to you in error or if the item is faulty.
